Community Stabilization Program

The Community Stabilization Program gives individuals in crisis an opportunity to remain in their homes while receiving treatment. By teaming up with the natural supports in each person’s life, the Community Stabilization Program provides hope, connects people with services, and helps individuals heal so they can look toward a brighter future.

These services are intended to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and keep people at home in their natural environment while they stabilize and heal through a set of diligently followed protocols to ensure safety.

The Community Stabilization Team is available weekdays, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Call (970) 306-0674 to get started.

For immediate help any time of day or night, please call the 24/7 Support Line at (970) 306-4673.
