Bright Future Foundation
Bright Future Foundation offers comprehensive wraparound supports and services for individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include advocacy, youth violence prevention, 24/7 Victims First Care nurse examinations, parenting classes, buddy mentors, and the BrightHouse, among others.
Caregiver Connections
Caregiver Connections helps older adults age in place by supporting their family caregivers through the three main components of our Circle of Care: Respite, Resources and Relationships. Services include care consultations, Senior Spot, Activity Buddies, and more.
Eagle Valley Community Foundation - MIRA Bus
The MIRA (Mobile Intercultural Resource Alliance) Bus is 40ft. RV that brings resources and services directly into Eagle County neighborhoods and most under resourced communities. It serves as a resource clearinghouse, and supports individuals in accessing the services they need to lead a healthier life. Services developed in partnership with Vail Health include the Community Health and the Calma programs.
Early Childhood Partners
Early Childhood Partners offers many programs for families with children prenatal to 8 years old, including parenting classes, Family Connect Resource Center, early childhood infant mental health consultation, home visitation services, intensive case management and much more.
Mountain Pride
Mountain Pride’s mission is to continuously improve the lived experience of the LGBTQIA+ community in Eagle County and beyond. Services include peer support, community building and connection events, training and education, advocacy, and more.
Mountain Youth
Mountain Youth rallies around the community, providing support, conversation, education and collaboration to help all young people in Eagle County thrive. Services include Eat Chat Connect, Move Chat Connect, Aprendiendo Juntos, Tu Guia, Safe Driving and other youth substance use prevention efforts and more.
My Future Pathways
My Future Pathways provides a helping hand to enhance and enrich the lives of first-generation Eagle County Youth and families. Through a culturally responsive, inclusive and multi-generational approach, MFP works with partners, youth and families to build Eagle County’s next generation of leaders through social-emotional, physical and academic support. Services include peer support and mentoring, physical activity programs, academic support, scholarships, mentoring, peer support, social emotional support and more.
RECONNECTED
RECONNECTED (Recovery, Connection and Education) is a peer-run nonprofit organization that aims to provide support for individuals experiencing challenges with mental health and addiction through their recovery journey. Services include one on one peer support and interventions, social scaffolding, building recovery capital, connection to resources, community events, and more.
SpeakUp ReachOut
SpeakUp ReachOut serves as the suicide prevention coalition of Eagle County. SURO offers suicide prevention trainings, resources, connection and education events, peer support groups, and more. Efforts to prevent suicide are being implemented in our schools, workplaces and community centers. Their organization is here to educate anyone in our community who is interested in saving lives.
Trio Therapy Partners
Trio Therapy Partners offer a range of Equine-Assisted Services to children and adults in Eagle County. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, equine-assisted learning, and equine-assisted psychotherapy, which is delivered in partnership with a licensed mental health professional.
Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance (VVMTA)
VVMTA aims to maintain and build sustainable non-motorized soft surface trails while preserving Eagle County's natural environment. Knowing the great healing power of nature for mental health, VVMTA and Vail Health Behavioral Health partnered to create Soul Dirt, a program that promotes access to trail-based experiences for everyone in our community.
