Memory Loss Support Group for Caregivers
This group focuses on the needs of the family caregiver for someone living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. During the meetings, resources are offered and they address other caregivers needs. These sessions are offered the second Tuesday of each month, 4:30- 6:30pm in Avon, 455 Nottingham Ranch Rd.

Brain Injury Support
Heads Up for Hope is in the Vail Valley to provide HOPE for those who are caregivers of people who have survived a brain injury. They offer support groups and other therapy for survivors and caregivers.
Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels of The Western Slope is a non-medical home care provider. The staff includes PCA’s, CNA’s, RN’s and LPN’s that assist individuals in need of respite care and rehabilitation. They also help people that need assistance post-surgery and seniors needing assistance living independently.
